XVC Club Members may use the shared Question Bank to find relevant questions and practise specific concepts. The Question Bank grows across grades, subjects and participating PE Channels.

XVC Club
A low-cost campus membership for learners and families who want continuing access to shared XVC resources, guided question pathways and a more economical use of the Over-the-Shoulder AI Tutor than a pure pre-paid opion.
The purpose
Continuity inside the campus, without requiring a full subscription.
The XVC Club provides an affordable way to remain connected to the wider XVC learning environment
and to use selected resources when they are needed. It is not intended as a substitute for a proper day-to-day and month-to-month subscription like the FBA Group , but it does provide access as and when needed.
The Club is designed around reusable digital learning assets, guided question support and continued access to the Over-the-Shoulder AI Tutor.
Included within the Club
Practical access to the wider XVC learning environment.
The Club is concentrated on shared resources and once-off use through an affordable price plan. It does not reduce or replace the value of the Pedagogical Engineers' monthly subscription services.

SOTS learning pathways
Where available, questions are connected to Suggested Over-the-Shoulder Prompts. These prompts carry educator-designed questioning and remediation into the Over-the-Shoulder AI Tutor. These complete, pedagogically designed prompts can all be copied with just one button - no retyping required! Yet, they build on an Educator's experience and insight into what is important to really understand about that question and forces the AI Tutor to work inside those guardrails.

Selected XVC Pocket Practice files
The XVC Pocket Practice files are dynamic and interactive alternatives to paper-based revision worksheets. Students can learn, and master, the content by working through each decision gate, designed and "narrated" by a Pedagogical Engineer.

Preferred pricing for
prepaid AI Tutor credits
Members who are not on a Pedagogical Engineer subscription receive a better prepaid credit rate for the Over-the-Shoulder tutor than ordinary once-off purchases.
How to become a member
Membership may be purchased, granted or earned.
The same Club environment can be reached through different routes, while each route retains its own purpose and conditions.
Direct Club membership
A learner may join the XVC Club directly for R89 per month and use the shared benefits available during the active membership period.
Nominated membership
A Pedagogical Engineer may nominate learners who they teach for complimentary membership within the registered grades and subjects. Nominations are reviewed or renewed for each academic year.
FBA Earned Membership
XVC Club access is included for FBA Group learners.
XVC Pocket Practice access
The creator decides how each file is shared.
The XVC Pocket Practice concept was developed as a useful, mobile-friendly educational resource with Decision Gates, Teachers Tips and Teacher-guided feedback in the place of traditional printed revision worksheets.
The five categories for how the XVC Pocket Practice files are offered, is presented. Pedagocical Engineers may use the "Nominated learners" options for their own learners during any academic year.
Public and free
Available to any learner.
XVC Club members
Available to all active Club members.
Paid once-off
Sold by the Pedagocical Engineer as an individual educational resource.
Channel-only
Reserved for learners who subscribe to a particular PE-Channel or Earned Membership pathway. These resources are included as part of that ongoing relationship and are not sold separately to those learners.
Nominated learners
A Pedagogical Engineer may nominate learners they personally teach to receive access to selected XVC Pocket Practice files without payment. This allows the Teacher to support learners whose circumstances they know may prevent them from paying for additional resources. The same file may still be offered as a paid once-off resource to learners outside that Pedagogical Engineer’s nominated group. Nominations are linked to the specific Teacher, relevant subject or grade and academic year, and may be reviewed or renewed annually.

The XVC Club
Provides continuing access to selected shared resources and preferred pricing on eligible once-off use:

- Preferred pricing on prepaid AI Tutor credits
PE Channel-subscriptions
Provides an ongoing service through a particular educator and their channel.
- Educator-specific diagnostics and support
- Channel resources and learning pathways (SOTS Prompts and/or XVC Pocket Practice Files)
- Video memorandums or live support where offered
- Human Tutor Feedback where included
- Reporting, participation rules and accountability
Club membership widens access. It does not remove the learner's responsibility to attempt, practise, ask and use the resources made available.
Knowledge may be a prompt away, but mastery still has to be earned.XVC Club
