Technology helps us to organise learning, assessment and support. It does not remove the value of a genuine human conversation when a question needs judgement, context or personal attention.

A human response

Personal assistance remains part of the XVC model.

WhatsApp is the preferred method of communication because it allows you to reach a real human who can consider your message in context.

Because it is not a chatbot, an immediate response cannot always be guaranteed. We may be teaching, assisting another learner or attending to work that requires our full attention. Your message will, however, be read and answered as soon as reasonably possible.

For formal enquiries, detailed information or documents that are better suited to email, you may use the email route below.

Best for formal enquiries, longer explanations, supporting documents or information that needs to be retained as part of a written record.

Include enough detail for us to understand the situation.

Tell us what you were trying to do.

For example: create a profile, open a course, complete a diagnostic test, enter a PE Channel or access the AI Tutor.

Identify the relevant page or system.

Include the page address, course name, Channel name or a screenshot if you can.

Use the learner’s registered details where appropriate.

A name and Moodle username may help us locate the correct profile. Please do not send a password.
