Before you top up

Even if an Over-the-Shoulder Tutor profile has already been created, it may not yet be visible in the system used to process credit top-ups. Before purchasing additional credits, please log in to the Over-the-Shoulder Tutor and submit at least one question. Every new profile includes 450,000 free credits, which allows you to try the Tutor and helps ensure that the profile is properly registered for future top-ups.

Credits are normally loaded within 24 hours after payment has been verified. If the credits are needed urgently—for example, for a learner preparing for a test the following day—use the floating WhatsApp button after completing payment to speak to us and enquire whether the top-up can be prioritzed.

In the odd case of us not being able to locate the profile using the details supplied, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received confirmation within the expected period.
