The program is designed around one simple principle:
small, consistent effort beats long, inconsistent effort.
One short test per week — open Monday 08:00 to Friday 20:00 — provides enough structure to build
momentum without overwhelming students. As the year progresses the questions in these tests will keep past topics fresh.
Inspired by “Jimmy’s 1% Rule - If you really want to excel at anything, spend 1% of your day on it”, we focus on helping students improve just a little each week. This steady, predictable rhythm leads to remarkable long-term growth.
Students are not expected to master every concept immediately. Instead, the program cycles concepts throughout the term, allowing students to revisit past topics and techniques (to develop long term memory), correct mistakes, rewatch videos, and engage with the Over-the-Shoulder Tutor for practice.
Mastery is built through:
Our philosophy is centered on empowering the student, not replacing them. The tools — the videos, the OTS Tutor, the reports and the Human Tutor Fallback (HTF) — explain and guide, but ownership remains with the learner.
When students learn to track their own progress, identify their weak spots, and fix mistakes intentionally, they develop not only mathematical skill but academic maturity.
Learning is strongest when responsibilities are clear:
Our system supports this partnership with transparent reports and simple weekly routines.
One attempt per week ensures accurate benchmarking. A second attempt would distort results and break the accountability loop that makes the system work.
Discipline is built on routine, not repetition.
The program is designed to make learning simpler, more structured, and more meaningful.
